Our Process
Timely & Trackable Pickup
We coordinate pickups based on your preferred schedule—daily, weekly, or on-demand—using GPS-enabled vehicles to ensure on-time arrival. Upon entering our system, each linen item receives an RFID tag scan, instantly updating our centralized dashboard. Our color-coded carts separate soiled items by type (sheets, towels, uniforms) and contamination level (normal, biohazard, or isolation). This meticulous segregation at the point of collection prevents cross-contamination and guarantees every batch follows the correct wash channel. You’ll receive a confirmation notification once your pickup is logged, so you’re always aware of what’s leaving your facility.

Once collected, linens move into our state-of-the-art industrial washers, which run pre-programmed cycles tailored to each linen category. Temperature-controlled wash phases (ranging from 60 °C to 90 °C) combined with medical-grade detergents and disinfectants eradicate bacteria, viruses, and spores.
Quality Check: Rigorous Inspection & Validation
After washing and drying, every piece of linen undergoes a multi-stage quality inspection. Trained technicians examine items for residual stains, fabric damage, or improper folding. We also perform random microbiological swab tests on select batches to verify that our sanitization parameters deliver a 6-log reduction of pathogens—meeting or exceeding industry standards (e.g., NABH, JCI). Linens that pass inspection move to the next stage, while any item needing rewash is flagged immediately. A second RFID scan logs inspected linens as “Approved,” providing a real-time quality audit trail accessible through your client dashboard.
Packaging: Hygienic Bundling & Labeling
Depending on your facility’s needs, we apply one of two specialized packaging workflows:
- Healthcare Packaging: Linens bound for hospitals enter a Class 10,000 clean room for sterile bundling. Each bundle is placed in medical-grade, tear-resistant packaging and sealed under UV-C lamps to maintain sterility. Packages bear batch-specific labels indicating content, processing date, and destination department.
- Hospitality Packaging: Hotel and spa linens are carefully folded or rolled, then shrink-wrapped to keep them pristine. Custom branding—like edge piping colors or embroidered logos—can be added at this stage for an extra touch of luxury.
Delivery: GPS-Tracked, Real-Time Updates
Once packaged, linens are loaded onto our GPS-tracked delivery fleet, following optimized, eco-friendly routes that minimize transit time and fuel consumption. You’ll receive automated notifications at three key points:
- En Route: A dispatch alert with an estimated arrival window.
- Approaching: A 30-minute ETA update to help your team prepare for unloading.
